Refer and earn rewards you with £250 when anyone you recommend to us takes a position through Belgarum Recruitment

Terms and conditions

You must be registered with Belgarum Recruitment.

The candidate cannot already be registered with us (or have had contact with the candidate previously).

You must register the candidate by sending an email with your contact details, the name, email, phone number of the candidate you are introducing to info@belgarumrecruitment.co.uk.

Belgarum Recruitment will confirm in writing acceptance of the candidate on to the scheme.

Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a fee.

Payment is only made if we successfully place the candidate with a client within six months of the date of your introduction in a permanent or fixed contract position.

Once placed, the candidate must continue in the employment for a minimum period of 12 weeks, after which the fee will be paid.

Where a referred applicant is placed in a part-time position, the refer and earn fee will be paid pro-rata. Part-time for the purpose of this will be any role with less than 35 hours per week.

In the event of a disputed fee, the company´s decision shall be final.

We retain the right to change the conditions of or cancel the scheme without written notice
