Rebecca Kimber is the Principal Partner of Belgarum General and Operations Director for Belgarum Recruitment.  With a background predominantly in Customer Service and support she has spent 20 years working for a number of businesses.  Her career responsibilities have included many roles from Administration through to Management, where she was responsible for the growth and development of a number of Departments including reorganisation and recruitment. 

With recruitment having formed a large part of Becky\'s background, Belgarum recognised an opportunity to provide a service in generalist recruitment, concentrating on permanent placements utilising her experience. 

Generalist recruitment is certainly a competitive market, however we believe that there is a demand for a recruitment business that can add value to Companies looking for the right candidate.
