Matt Kimber is the Principal Partner in the Finance Division of Belgarum recruitment and Managing Director of Belgarum Recruitment.  With a background in the Mortgage and Finance industry he spent 15 years working in a number of diverse roles.  His career responsibilities have included Mortgage Consultant, Sales Manager, Lending Manager and Commercial Operations Manager, and he has been instrumental in setting up relevant Departments establishing a process and structure.  With much of Matt\'s time spent recruiting suitably qualified and experienced staff for many roles across a wide business framework it was decided that there was an opportunity in the existing market to provide a recruitment service based on meeting and exceeding customer needs.

The Finance Sector has certainly been a challenging market in recent times, however it is our belief that as the market starts to grow and develop once more there will be a demand for a recruitment business that can provide an exceptional service to both client and candidate.
